Yin Yoga

A Yin Yoga session involves holding deep, passive stretches for 3-5 minutes to target the connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility while promoting relaxation. This practice encourages mindfulness and deep breathing to release tension, calm the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
