  • Single Trial Class: 2,000 NOK (1 hour)
    Includes consultation to tailor the session to the company’s needs.

2. Standard Weekly Sessions

For companies looking to create a consistent wellness practice for their employees.

  • 1 Class Per Week: 7,500 NOK/month (4 classes, 1 hour each)

  • 2 Classes Per Week: 14,000 NOK/month (8 classes, 1 hour each)
    Discount: 5% off for 3-month commitments.

3. Wellness Workshop Series

  • Mindful Movement Workshop (2 hours): 4,500 NOK
