Gentle Flow is a soothing and accessible 60-minute practice designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation. The session begins with a grounding body scan to settle the mind and bring awareness to the present moment. Through slow, mindful movements, deep breathing, and gentle stretches, we’ll focus on releasing areas of the body that carry daily stress - wrists from typing and scrolling, ankles and feet from constant movement. This practice invites you to unwind, restore flexibility, and leave feeling refreshed and at ease.
