Gentle Flow is a soothing and accessible 60-minute practice designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. We begin with a grounding body scan, followed by slow movements, deep breathing, and gentle stretches. You can expect to relax areas of the body that carry daily stress leave feeling joyful and at ease.
