Hatha Flow

Monday hatha classes blend dynamic and static elements to create a balanced, invigorating practice. Class begins with a grounding 15-minute meditation, transitions into a 60-minute flow, and concludes with a calming 12-minute resting pose and meditation. Students leave feeling strong and stable.
