Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow blends dynamic and static elements to create a balanced, invigorating practice. It begins with a grounding 15-minute meditation, transitions into a 60-minute flow that harmonizes movement and stillness, and concludes with a calming 12-minute resting pose and meditation. This sequence promotes mindfulness, strength, and inner peace.
