Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and fluid practice that connects your breath with movement, creating a seamless flow of poses that energize and calm the body. This session invites you to build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance - both physically and mentally. Juliette guides you into the here and now by guiding you back to the breath over and over again.
