Welcome! I’m Juliette, an international yoga teacher, entrepreneur, community builder, and advocate of the breath. Originally from Chicago, I’m now based in Oslo, Norway.
I’m on a mission to highlight the often-overlooked power of the breath and mindset. With a playful energy and welcoming approach, I create compassionate spaces for self-discovery and growth. My classes weave together breath, movement, and introspection, beginning with grounding meditations and intentional pauses to reconnect with the present moment.
Rooted in my own transformative journey, my teaching inspires resilience, strength, and freedom — offering a sanctuary for growth, both on and off the mat. Empowering the body, mind, and spirit is my love language.

“Juliette’s hatha yoga class has become my weekly favorite. It is a 90-minute continuous movement, and for me it is a like a long “dance.” The meditation in the first part of the class always makes me calm, concentrated, and mindful. This happens even during days with high inner stress levels. Juliette’s voice and her invitation to be curious throughout the practice has a great impact on my mood. Her soft and concise verbal instructions throughout the class even makes it possible for me to close my eyes for longer periods. The active flow-part of the class is refreshing and hard work (if your body is up to it that day). It is also different each time. This variability holds my concentration and makes me so much stronger, both mentally and physically. Juliette is a huge inspiration for me.”
