About

Hi, I’m Juliette — a yoga teacher, community builder, and curious soul originally from Chicago, now based in Oslo.

Through yoga, movement, and reflection, I guide people back to the present moment so they can feel more alive in their bodies and more grounded in their minds. Rooted in my own journey of transformation, my classes weave breathwork, mindful movement, and intentional pauses — creating space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect. I invite students to move from the busyness of the mind into the wisdom of the body, cultivating both stillness and strength. In this safe and consistent space, students can regulate, explore, and grow, discovering new layers of themselves — both on and off the mat.

My goal is that you leave each class feeling stronger, softer, and more at home in yourself.

“Juliette’s hatha yoga class has become my weekly favorite. It is a 90-minute continuous movement, and for me it is a like a long “dance.” The meditation in the first part of the class always makes me calm, concentrated, and mindful. This happens even during days with high inner stress levels. Juliette’s voice and her invitation to be curious throughout the practice has a great impact on my mood. Her soft and concise verbal instructions throughout the class even makes it possible for me to close my eyes for longer periods. The active flow-part of the class is refreshing and hard work (if your body is up to it that day). It is also different each time.
